Returns and Complaints
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to write to us about returning the goods.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of order.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:
A. In the email, provide your order number, details and product name.
B. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed and your shipping address. Do not return the product to the sender's address.
Goods sent to us without prior request for a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns can only be processed after email confirmation.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and will let you know whether your refund has been accepted or rejected. If your refund is accepted, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and issue the refund.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the incorrect item, so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
When reporting a damaged product, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Please send us photos or videos of the damaged product at info.olygems@gmail.com.
- Description of damage.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be reported as defective within 5 days from receipt of the shipment and must meet the following criteria:
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
No refunds are accepted There are products made to special order, with individual personalized engraving.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase of a new item once your return has been approved.
