1. Types of products to return:

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Personalised accessories:
All personalized products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
We take great care to create products tailored to your needs.

2. Return process:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
A. Send your return request via email to info.olygems@gmai.com within 14 days of receiving your order. In the email, include your order number, the details from your order, and information about the product you are returning.
B. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Do not return the product to the sender's address.
3. Return shipping :
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns can only be processed after email confirmation.
4. Qualifying criteria :
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
5. Refund Process :
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its authenticity, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed.
6. Exceptions :
This policy does not cover returns of used or damaged items. Returns that do not meet the criteria for authenticity or that do not include a return request and tracking number may not be accepted.
7. Damaged products/incorrect shipment :
When reporting a damaged product, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Please send us photos or videos of the damaged product at info.olygems@gmail.com.
- Description of damage.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must be reported as defective within 5 days of receiving your shipment and must meet the following criteria:
- The damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or occurred during transportation.
- The product is unused and originally packaged.
